Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a PLC Programmer at D2N Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing, programming, and maintaining PLC systems used in automotive industrial automation applications. You will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to deliver customized automation solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop PLC-based control systems for automotive manufacturing processes.
• Design and program PLC logic using industry-standard programming languages such as ladder logic or structured text.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and modification of existing PLC programs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Integrate PLC systems with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems and other automation components.
• Configure and maintain communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or Profibus.
• Participate in the commissioning and testing of PLC-based systems.
• Create comprehensive documentation and user manuals for PLC programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a PLC Programmer in the automotive industrial automation sector.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs using languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or Function Block Diagrams (FBD).
• Strong knowledge of PLC hardware and software from major manufacturers (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Familiarity with HMI systems and SCADA software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site project support.
